Europa Social: uma proposta de renovação

No congresso recentemente realizado no Porto, o Partido dos Socialistas Europeus (PES) apresentou e discutiu um conjunto de documentos que, julgo, merecem a leitura dos que se interessam pelo futuro da Europa Social. Entre eles um: The New Social Europe.
